Dana was on top of knowing how well our Step dad's house would sell and how many homes were for sale in the area with comparisons to his. She helped us know things we may need to do before selling, not to mention when facing some challenges, she was able to find the answers quickly and help us get those things taken care of. You could NOT ask for a better agent! She is honest and always gave us updates and helpful information/feedback. She crosses every T and dots every I, leaving no room for error. She even went above and beyond in finding out about any restrictions they had if any, due to one prior correspondence on the home listing no restrictions, where elsewhere restrictions were listed. She contacted those that would know this information and guided us every step along the way of the sale. She was with us at closing to make sure everything went smoothly and to congratulate us. She was so easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. If we ever need a real estate agent again, we will certainly be using her.
