I don’t even know where to begin, I have too many amazing things to say about Niki. Let's start from a seller’s standpoint. Honestly, when we started our journey to sell our home;we had a couple different conversations with other realtors, we were beginning to lose hope that we would find that match. No other realtor seemed invested in helping us. I found NIki because I was lucky enough to teach three of her children. I called her and she was out taking pictures and meeting with us within two days! She made selling our home a breeze (we sold within 7 days on the market.) She provided us with expert advice and steered us in the right direction. We appreciated her honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Now from a buyer's standpoint, she went above and beyond to help me find and buy a home- many times meaning late nights/weekends. We were very thankful for her patience and flexibility as we looked at 50 + properties. Anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, she made sure we knew about it immediately. We never felt pressured to purchase and Niki was very open about the positives and negatives at every piece of property we looked at. We finally decided to purchase land and build a house to suit our needs. We would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
