Kandis is an awesome real estate agent! We contacted her on a visit to The Villages one Saturday morning and we were out looking at six houses in the early afternoon. When we had to drive back home, Kandis showed us homes virtually, always on the day we contacted her. She knew the housing market was hot and acted accordingly. We made 2 offers and eventually purchased a home after the last video walkthrough. She took care of the inspections for us and ensured all the repairs were completed. We will use Kandis again and highly recommend her when searching for a home to buy. Plus, she has a great sense of humor!
