Katrina was the best, courteous,kind and had my back. She knew that I had lost 5k from a contract from prior house in SCS (swift creek south), so I believe she wanted to make sure everything would go smoothly, and nothing to fail. She made sure I had a warranty on all appliances, and heat/air because of this being a older home, and got another warranty for any repairs that might be needed on roof, so she covered my back on everything, and negotiated/bartered with seller by leaving some furniture in lieu of fixing some window repairs that were needed. I loved Katrina, and wish her much happiness for the future and always. She saved me a lot of headaches, and if she did have an answer to something she knew to direct me onto who could answer the questions. Her housing assistant Brenda, was the best also, I commend this group of realtors, and in todays market, they are few and far between. I cannot say enough good things about Katrina, and she was always there within a text or phone.call away. The closing went smoothly and there were no surprises. If I must buy again, I would use Katrina. Congrats to her, she is a young, vibrant, and asset to her agency, and I could not say enough good things about her. She was responsible, always available, and was willing to go the extra mile, to make this sale happen. She made it happen, without any hitches, and worked hard. Had a great inspector that did a fantastic job, and the results were amazing on an older home, went to the house, to make sure a shower door was installed for me, and the re-inspection happened without any major events. She had my back. She was not going to let me loose any more monies on a home, and gave me honest answers on everything. Amazing... amazing... Dian

Meeting Katrina at an open house was the result of an unexpected and quick sale. We immediately felt very comfortable with her and explained that we were there only to see what the area had to offer with the idea of returning to find a home the following year. She understood and agreed to show us some homes that fit our criteria but we found the perfect deal that was too good to pass up. When I purchased my home I was living across the states so I needed someone that was knowledgeable about the steps and processes, as well as a great communicator since I could not be there. Katrina did not disappoint, she handled everything for me from beginning to end and everything went smoothly. Not only was she very professional but also very kind, friendly and personable. I drove from Washington state to Florida, got in late and she had dinner in the fridge of my new home as well as brought things in off the porch that I had ordered. Katrina is a wonderful real estate agent and someone I’m happy to call my friend.
