I can report that both times were an absolute pleasure. Both of them were responsive, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. We purchased our home in 2019 for a reasonable price and the process was extremely smooth. When it came time to sell, they were able to get a professional photographer in quickly, post the listing, and it sold after the first open-house weekend for full asking price . I would highly recommend working with Mary and Annetta, as they have deep experience and knowledge of Santa Clarita and the real estate market in that area.

She was very informative the entire way allowing us to really drive the decisions and offering us her expert advice at key junctions. In my experience with other people they have always said that their agent was very forceful and pushy and while that can get the job done that is missing a certain type of client experience that is important to me. Sharon puts you in the drivers seat and keeps you there and is always ready with the right advice. I am completely wowed and won’t hesitate to use her services in the future. I had a great experience with Shirley. She was very professional and with her experience and knowledge made the whole process seamless. She is well known in the business so she had all the ins and out of every neighborhood we were interested in. She constantly checked in on the phone to let us know of any new listings she felt I would be interested in and I gotta say she has great taste. Every property she presented was right on the mark with what I was looking for. During the escrow process she made sure to have my back every step of the way. She was very honest with me and let me know if she wouldn’t feel comfortable with anything the selling agent would ask for. She made us feel valued as her client and not as if we were just another number. she wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. She showed she cares about her clients and reputation. As first time home buyers she was by my side throughout the whole process and made sure I understood each step. Pictures tell the story and Shirley has the best photographer on the planet which helps sell your home in a fast, effective way. She is to the point so you don't spend your time with people that are just browsing. Serious buyers only respond to her listing. Very compassionate to listen to the concerns of the seller.
