I started to get my home and property ready to sell and Ron worked with me from start to finish. He advised me on every aspect from preparing the house and property all the way through to the closing. I am a single father with children and I have a very busy career schedule and I could never have done this without Ron. He went above and beyond and he was hands on in getting the home staged and ready before we listed. We had 3 offers within 24 hours of listing the house. Ron first met us this summer when we called from Virginia to want to come down to Florida and look at a retirement home. He sat down with us and within an hour we had a dozen homes to look at. We spent two days looking and before we flew back to Virginia we were already talking of writing a contract. The home we wanted was being built and was across the street from one he showed us. Ron knew the builder and obtained permission to walk thru the partially completed home within an hour. He then obtained permission to walk thru a completed model home two blocks over that was finished by the same builder while we were standing in the driveway. We fell in love with the floor plan, bought the home and Ron held or hands thru our cradle to grave home buying experience in Florida! His experience, knowledge and hard work are unsurpassed!
