Ron first met us this summer when we called from Virginia to want to come down to Florida and look at a retirement home. He sat down with us and within an hour we had a dozen homes to look at. We spent two days looking and before we flew back to Virginia we were already talking of writing a contract. The home we wanted was being built and was across the street from one he showed us. Ron knew the builder and obtained permission to walk thru the partially completed home within an hour. He then obtained permission to walk thru a completed model home two blocks over that was finished by the same builder while we were standing in the driveway. Ron was great with the entire process. We ran into a couple of issues during the sale and Ron resolved all of them with minimal effort on my part. He got a home insurance policy for me (I'm out of state), emptied the house of furniture for me, got cleaners and landscape companies in to prepare the house for sale, and kept me informed and updated the entire time. I also never had to leave a voicemail, he picked up his phone every time I called. I chose Ron based on his years of experience, and I am fortunate to have had his experience work for me.

Ron Hamaty made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. He was very patient while we viewed many listings via the internet before actually going out the following day to see them. Even after looking at homes all day, Ron was very kind in taking us back to view the same house again at our request. We thank him very much for that. He did not once show any unwillingness.
