We really wanted to get into a home but kept getting outbid or the home was not the right fit for us. David was great at showing us different homes and consulting us on what would be a good bid and "realistic" response given the market. He does not force anything on you and genuinely cares about you and your home purchase, when it came time to negotiate this is where he shined. We were willing to pay more to get the house but David used his knowledge and expertise to find the exact counter that would get us the house! We paid less than what we budgeted and it was all thanks to David's experience and communication.
