Jerry has been a long time friend of my wife’s. He helped her find her first home and now years later he has helped us sell that home and find our dream home together. We have and will continue to recommend him to anyone starting this process. Jerry is so knowledgeable and his work ethic is unparalleled. He was unendingly patient with our questions and requests and his great sense of humor makes everything fun also. Jerry and his team provide a superior experience and wether you are new to the process or have done this many times before you need Jerry in your corner. Where to even begin with Jerry!? My wife and I hired Jerry 6 years ago, when searching for our first home. I remember the time fondly. Jerry was responsive, helpful, humorous, and honest with us from the first conversation we had with him. We ended up buying the coziest home in Lancaster county. Here we are 6 years later, ready to move onto our forever home. Of coarse, we hired Jerry once more, where he was able to sell our home within 48 hours. Further, we utilized one of Jerry's employees to purchase our new home, which we just closed on last week. We would recommend Jerry over and over again to anyone in need of a supportive, responsive, caring, and honest realtor. After being in my home for 28 years and now widowed Jerry took care to make sure that I was ready to move on and leave my old life behind. He didn't just list my home. Jerry walked me through the entire sales process, made recommendations and answered any questions. He made himself available during off hours and even answered my calls while on vacation.
