Being first time home buyers, we were very excited, but nervous, since we had no idea what we were doing, or where to start. My brother and his wife had a wonderful experience working with Jerry to buy their first home, so we knew who to call when we decided to start looking. It was the best decision we could have made. Jerry made the entire process fun, while guiding us through the unknowns and was able to share his thoughts in a straightforward and helpful way. There was no question that he had our best interests in mind and wanted to make the home buying process a positive experience. Also, he made us laugh every time we spoke! He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and just an all-around great person. 10/10, would recommend to anyone!

As first-time home sellers, Jerry was A+! At our initial meeting, he not only answered all of our questions, but he also provided us with recommendations on what we needed to do to get our house ready to list on the market, as well as contacts for who we could hire to accomplish these tasks. I was initially apprehensive about his recommended listing price, particularly since it was substantially higher than two other agents that we had consulted with prior to hiring him. Jerry listened to my concerns and explained his rationale, which turned out to be right on! He continued to provide us with his expert guidance during the negotiation process. We would highly recommend Jerry to anyone looking to sell their home!!!!

From the very beginning, he exuded confidence that our home would sell quickly—and his confidence was reassuring throughout the entire process. He was always accessible, day or night, by telephone, text or email, and consistently responsive whenever we had a question or concern. He was also always punctual, dependable, and thoroughly prepared. One of the things that impressed us most was the amount of time and effort he put into preparing a comprehensive marketing package for our home. He clearly understood how to present the property in the best possible light and left no detail overlooked. His attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate process were evident from the initial listing all the way through closing. He also took the time to personally meet with the buyers and their agent and walk through the house, which demonstrated how committed he was to making sure everyone was comfortable and well informed. His support team was equally impressive. Having an excellent photographer and a capable administrator behind him made the entire process efficient and professional. It was clear that he has built a strong team that knows how to get things done. Throughout the transaction, he was especially helpful in explaining the seller's side of the closing documents and walking us through what we were signing. He did an excellent job marketing our property, communicating with us, handling the offers, and guiding us through the many details from listing through closing.
