Having dealt with English estate agents and doing a number of timeshare tours in the USA we were expecting a really hard sell, nothing could be further from the truth. Anthony is one of the best realtors in the business. He maintains a professional yet friendly atmosphere while helping clients like us navigate through this new style of real estate market. From our perspective, we are picky when it comes to choosing a place to live and somewhat demanding when it comes to the customer service aspect of the business. He was patient and considerate as well as a very good advisor on the aspects of buying in Tampa. His advice was truly about what was in our best interests and not his own. After everything was completed, and not all went smoothly but outside of his control, I consider Anthony no only as my realtor in Tampa but also my friend. Anthony went above and beyond the call of duty when my wife and I were searching for a condominium in the Tampa area. We are out of state residents and had limited time to visit Florida to find a place and Anthony made all the arrangements for us to see several places that fit our criteria. We settled on a short sale that we thought may be complicated, but Anthony held our hand throughout the process and made it a seamless transaction. My wife and I met Anthony in October of 2011. Due to the housing market, our home in Tampa was in a depressed state. We decided to 'short sale' and we contacted Anthony. He very professionally communicated to us what was involved in a 'short sale' and he stated he would be happy to assist us with this sale. Anthony made an immediate impression on us and we signed a Contract with Anthony. During the sale preliminaries and procedures Anthony communicated with us on a regular basis and always kept us in the 'loop'. Once we had a Buyer, Anthony used a Settlement Agent, Westchase Title. Their Team performance and expertise was a blessing because they were always on the point with Anthony to see that our home would be closed. In August our home closed and my wife and I feel without the due diligence and efforts of Anthony, we would still be concerned with a home for sale. Anthony is by far the best real estate agent we have ever encountered. My wife and I moved to Dunedin in August, 2010. This is the 3rd house we have bought since we were married 12 years ago. He will go above and beyond what is expected. He will always make time, he will check things out while you are looking at a house including the roof, AC units, pool etc. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
