I was introduced to Eric through his masterful use of social media on Periscope. While we live in Texas, I was trying to stay connected to what was happening in the Cocoa Beach area. While browsing through live feeds on Periscope, I discovered Eric giving a live tour of a listing that he had just put on the market. I knew this was the agent for us. We wanted someone who was extremely responsive, and wasn't only going to put the listing on MLS and then sit on his hands. Eric stays exceptionally busy and engaged throughout the whole process. We put our condo on the market in early June 2016 and felt we priced it to sell. Sure enough, our first showing produced an all-cash offer. Throughout the process, Eric was quick to provide updates and guidance. Even going so far as to post videos he took of things in the unit that we needed to see -- even though we were half a country away in Texas. The photographer that Anthony had to photograph our home did a fantastic job, which helped tremendously in giving people a true picture of our home, and that's very important when your shopping on line ! We were brand new to the Tampa Bay area and had been out with a number of agents to look at houses. Our first day out with Anthony and his associate started similar to our days out with other agents. We were not finding much that piqued our interest (although we were very impressed by Anthony's knowledge and professionalism). Sensing our disappointment, Anthony and his associate, Sarah Clark, recommended we look at a place that was not on our list. We ended up making an offer on it that day. Somehow, Anthony was able to listen to what we wanted and intuitively persuaded us into an option we had not been aware of. He was wonderful throughout the process, guiding us through every step and even intervening at points where the process became a bit harry. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our new home. Anthony was not just our agent but our neighbor as well. We had been advised against using Anthony because finding a buyer could be a conflict of interest for him as it is not just another buyer but would also be his new neighbor. This was never a concern for me or an issue for Anthony. He is a true professional who does his job with pride. Anthony takes fantastic care of his clients and is very helpful. Because ours was a relocation, we vacated the house and the state prior to sale. Leaving our house unattended, Anthony kept a close eye on it. When contractors needed to come in for repairs, Anthony was there. He also arranged for lawn maintenance and other upkeep in our absence and he did it all willingly and without reservation. Anthony made our relocation easier and we appreciate him very much... as a friend and as our realtor!

Having owned a business in the real estate industry, I am probably hyper-critical of real estate agents. I am wholeheartedly endorsing Liz for her professionalism, knowledge of the industry, compassion for her buyers, and speed of response to my inquiries. I hired Liz, having never met her, after talking to her for about 20 minutes on the telephone about a listing we were interested in (that she had just sold!) I knew after only speaking with Liz for 10 minutes that she was above and beyond the level of integrity I expect when dealing with a real estate professional. Liz immediately set up a search with my specific parameters, switching gears as needed, and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the search. We bought the perfect short-term rental home and Liz went well above our expectations by clearing her calendar when I flew from Maine to Florida for the inspection in order to meet with the management company and I together. I ended up hiring the management company she recommended and couldn't be happier! Liz also provided me with the tools I needed to list our rental home on different rental sites which was a huge help! I will also say that I absolutely adore Liz and our new friendship is invaluable to me.
