Eric helped us buy our first home in the middle of a seller's market. He walked us through every step of the process because we really didn't know what we were doing. We got an FHA loan which has many laws and things that must be followed. His knowledge helped to make the process smoother. He also helped us to find us a great home that needed almost no work for a good price. I would recommend him to anyone.

I used Eric as my agent for buying a house that he had listed in Titusville. My real estate investment company Ellis Group Holdings buys several properties a month and the majority of the time we tend to stay away from short sales due to the lengthy process and quite frankly the listing agent isn't organized enough to really get the sale done in a reasonable time. When I fist contacted Eric, we had a great conversation and it also was a way for me to interview him to see if he was someone who really knows how to work short sales. Based on his knowledge we decided to move forward and Eric didn't disappoint. He sent out weekly updates to both seller and Ellis Group, stayed on top of seller to make sure all their docs were updated as requested by bank and always made sure to personally stay involved with the transaction. I wish all of our acquisitions were done through Eric and I highly recommend him to both buyers and sellers in his market.
