We spent two years looking for our newest home and Eric tolerated my endless questions and house hunting adventures with professionalism and a great sense of humor. We've used Rick on 4 occasions and will continue to recommend him because of the level of service he provides. Rick is a true professional who: cares about your families needs, listens to what you want, communicates as if you re his only client, knows the area and market conditions..... and is all around one of the best people I know. (That's important when considering the type of person you want to deal with.) Rick has a complete knowledge of the central Florida market and is a professional who works hard to earn your business. Rick also has an immense amount of knowledge when reading contracts and making sure the closing paperwork is correct for you. He really is an advocate for his clients in all aspects. When dealing with the stressful situation of a home purchase, you want someone you know you can trust and that is Rick. I don't think you could do better in the area when considering a Realtor.

Josh Gorsuch was a joy to work with! He worked long hours and long days to help me get the perfect house, which I did! He was persistent with homes of interest and gave great advice along the way. Rick handled the sale of a residential property for me a few years back. Another realtor had the property for a year and did nothing to highlight the property. Within one week of Rick listing the property I had two offers and we settled with getting the asking price that Rick felt the property was worth. He had the contacts and knowledge of the local economy to find me a buyer within 7 F days. Any Real Estate situation in the future I would gladly ask him to handle it for me if he were in my area.
