Very efficient, customer oriented, and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking. Due to previous commitments, we were unable to travel to Orlando to look for a holiday home. Liz helped us achieve our goal by personally going to the houses we were interested in and taking personal videos for us. She also gave us insight to the condition of the property from a professional point of view. We appreciated the fact that when we finally chose a home, Liz was able to do the final walk-thru on our behalf. Our home purchase went through seamlessly due to her great communication and knowledge of the people/processes involved.

We were lucky enough to find Ginger by accident when she was the listing agent on a home we found on Zillow. We did not purchase that home but were impressed so much by Gingers knowledge of the area and price points that we hired her to be our agent. Ginger knew what kind of home and what areas best suited our needs and even though I fought her on the idea of a town home at first I quickly came around to understand exactly why she was correct with that type of home being the best suited for us. Ginger worked hard for us even though we lived in Indianapolis and found us a beautiful turn key home in Tampa. I would not hesitate to use Ginger again in the future nor would I hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.

Incredibly pleased on having Anthony as our realtor. We moved from North Carolina to Florida and of course we couldn’t come down here each weekend to look at houses. So Anthony checked on some houses for us and even went through the trouble of video recording the inside of each house to show us exactly everything we needed to see. He was very dedicated and responded quickly. Was always there to answer any questions we had too. We will definitely be using him when we buy our next home.

Only hire Nick if you want to sell your house. Professional service, lots of traffic to see our home with several offers generated. Professional photographer was used to create the listing as well. Very well done.

I've been looking to buy a vacation property for over two years worked with a couple of other agents with no luck. I met Nick in August of 2017. Within two months we had made three offers. Since we live out of state Nick was our eyes. He made sure to give us all the information on the houses. He made videos so we could getter a better look. He was very honest about what he saw. We closed on our house a couple of months ago. Nick helped us through a very long short sale and went above and beyond to make our dream a reality. Anthony is the greatest realtor we ever had. We moved from North Carolina and couldn't take trips down to Florida every weekend to see some of the houses we liked. Liz Wilson is simply an amazing realtor. She is so professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. I met her in 2015 when I asked her to show me homes in the Kissimmee area. Liz was my agent to buy a home and she is now my agent to sell a home and when I buy my next home in the area, she will be the one I use. I trust her totally and she makes sure you get the best deal.
