When I knew it was time to sell my home, I was so grateful that Eric Larkin was recommended to me by someone I trust. Eric came through for me with flying colors. Selling a house can be very stressful, but from our first meeting, I felt calm and reassured by Eric’s kind and encouraging presence. He explained all the information so well and made sure that we proceeded according to my wishes, first and foremost. Throughout the process, he was patient, informative and attentive. If you are looking for a top real estate agent, I recommend Liz Wilson. As a Disney World fan I wanted to be close to Disney World when we moved but really was not familiar with the area. I specified my price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and interest in Championsgate. Liz selected 9 homes to view. She not only met our requirements but added requirements we didn’t think about. For example, the southern sun exposure for maximum sun and homes where there is a view but limited neighbors in the back of the house. We finally selected a house. Liz was instrumental in helping us select people to service our house. She recommended different insurance companies and strategies to get the best coverage. Liz Wilson goes the extra mile because she is thorough, knowledgeable, and tenacious in making sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend her.
