Nick has been fantastic so far, He has helped myself and my husband find our dream holiday home. He has been attentive to detail from day 1. We first came into contact with Nick because he was the first to contact us through right move, we live in England and was not at all very knowledgeable about buying a house in Florida. He has managed to answer every question for us (even my very stupid questions) We arranged a short trip out to orlando at very short notice and Nick arranged everything for us. He took us to see everything I wanted to see and when we fell in love with our dream house Nick has negotiated everything to exactly what we want. Even on our return to England he has been in complete contact with us and keeping us informed 100%. We cannot speak highly enough of Liz. She was brilliant throughout our purchase. We had a number of problems with the seller but she guided us through options available to help us make a decision. She acted with total integrity throughout and showed us a wide variety of properties. She did not push us towards properties that were top end of our budget and nor did she push us towards new builds even though she would have earnt a lot more commission. We would not hesitate to recommend Liz. She was always on the other end of the phone ready to answer the many questions we had about the process. We live in the UK and this was our first experience of purchasing overseas. The service and help we received was outstanding.

Liz provided us with comprehensive information about each of the properties based on our requirements and the decision process was helped by additional information given about the area itself.<br/><br/>Liz introduced us to appropriate people fundamental to the acquisition of a property in Florida - property insurance, tax accountant, foreign exchange and local bank.
