Wow! I never would have dreamed that moving to Florida from out of state could be so easy. But Eric made it happen. Over a year ago, we started looking for a home in Florida. I talked to a couple of other realtors on the phone and they didn't seem like the right fit. When I talked to Eric, he was knowledgeable and patient! He was never a "pushy salesman". When we visited last year, he took a couple of days and showed us multiple houses which we liked, but just didn't love. And when we told him we were going to wait a little while, he was perfectly ok with it. He didn't continually call us or inundate us with emails. When we were finally ready, and found "the one" it was well over a year later. He got us in and negotiated an excellent price, almost $17,000 LESS then the asking price! Then while we packed our belongings in Indiana, he continued to check on the house, since it was empty, to make sure it was taken care of until we moved in. Since then he has been such a great help in recommending local businesses to us, even a surf shop. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a home!
