If you are looking for a trustworthy realtor, look no further. In January of 2021 we found ourselves on a hunt to purchase a rental house in Central Florida. Having zero connections in the area, I began reading reviews online when I came across Nick's profile. My husband and I decided to call Nick and a different realtor(YouTube realtor in the area). Nick responded within the hour, the next day he connected us with Telli to pre-qualify for a mortgage and the emails of beautiful homes, with our specifications, started rolling in. By the time the other realtor got back to us, we were so far in the process that I kinda forgot we had called them. We flew down to Florida, met Nick, Telli gave us our official budget, toured 10+ houses and by the end of our third day Nick had found us many great houses but we narrowed it down to one. We decided to summit an offer that night and two hours later(after some quick negotiations) our offer was accepted! Nick is professional, listens to preferences, is respectful, fun, and very genuine.
