Communication could NOT have been better
I'm happy to write a review for Hallie as she was a joy to work with. We were constantly informed of viewings / Open Houses / and other on-goings at the house via text messaging. Lines of communication were constant and I NEVER felt "out of the loop" on what was going on. Selling a home is a MAJOR life moment. Thank you, Hallie for making it so easy.

Kim is Fantastic!
We used Kim previously to purchase our first home in 2020 and this time to sell and buy a new home! She is truly fantastic and there is no better agent. We had a fantastic experience with Tracie Rich and her entire staff. We had constant communication from her Team at every step of the selling process. Tracie assured us she would evaluate our home and market it at the best price, and it would sell in that price range. Tracy did just that, she had the right marketing plan for our price range and sold our home in the first week of the listing. Once sold, Tracie and her team guided us through every step of the process from inspections, to the final closing.
