Brenda went above and beyond to help with my home buying process, even while I was away in another country. As a young first time home buyer with a limited budget, she walked me through what I should look out for regarding safety and structural integrity concerns. She expressed genuine concerns over my wellbeing which I greatly appreciated. Throughout it all she remained professional yet warm and friendly. She also helped me buy a house through a program that she was unfamiliar with. Despite the unconventional process, she was very thorough when asking the seller questions to ensure we were taking the right steps. She was my advocate who spoke out for me and even took her time marking every dings and mess ups with blue tape to add to the punch list. Even through the chaos never failed to reply to my messages and was always easy to get a hold of. This made the process much easier for everyone involved. I highly recommend Brenda to be your agent. After our first buyer fell thru due to financing issues, we thought we would have no trouble getting our next buyer... but then the market got soft over the summer and nothing was really happening. We had already bought our new home and moved, so we were eager to get this one sold. Kim scheduled many open houses, worked on marketing materials and techniques, talked to people constantly trying to get our former home noticed and sold. In the fall when things picked back up and we had more and more showings, Kim was always available to answer buyer questions, to do the work to get the sale closed. She is a great partner, very supportive, extremely positive. She helped keep us in good spirits despite being discouraged at circumstances outside of our control. There is no one else I would want by our sides to help buy or sell a home!
