The main reason I signed my home up with Karla was because she knew the real estate market here in Rockford. We had very unusual circumstances around our meeting in the first place, and we both felt like it was meant to be. She came back with her analysis I felt that the price was a little low. She was willing to increase it. When the offer came in, it was only a couple of thousand dollars less than what she had said the house was worth. We had lots of showings and feedback. The house was highly rated, but because of the location of the lot the price was lower. I decided to accept the offer. The house was on the market for two weeks. We are going to both miss one another because we became fast friends. I hope in the future she will continue to be in my life.

Kim's professional input helped us sell our first home with the highest degree of confidence. Her guidance, experience, and overall demeaner were above and beyond anything we could've ever asked for. She truly went the distance for us at every turn; from getting us in touch with reliable contractors to conduct repairs to scheduling showings that fit our schedule. We had an amazingly easy process when it came to the paperwork at the end of the sale - much of which required her and her team to do a TON of prep work to allow us to take no longer than 30 minutes to sign all of our documents. From start to finish, Kim and her team lead us with confidence and professionalism. There's not another realtor in West Michigan I'd even entertain doing business with. Hallie went over and beyond in finding us a home! We had a very unique situation where we needed to find a home that allowed multigenerational living. We had to shift gears serval times but Hallie was on it! Her flexibility, attention to detail, knowledge in solving our problem was unsurpassed! She gave us options that we hadn't even thought about that opened our eyes to new possibilities. We were able to check about 95% of the boxes we requested (space, privacy from each other and neighbors with a quiet property full of trees in the rockford school district with a reasonable price tag)!
