My husband and I were looking for our forever home for our family with very specific criteria - we were able to be patient so we wanted to wait for the perfect home. Fran was amazing throughout the process - the ups and the downs - providing her expert opinion and recommendations on market trends as well as just being a friend and understanding the disappointment that can come along with it. She is pleasantly persistent working with the sellers agents and any other parties at the table (lenders, brokers, etc) - always looking out for our interests. Ann went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home for our family! Not only did she help us find the perfect house, but she also helped us sell our house in one day!! Her prompt responses and availability allowed us to view houses quickly. She talked us through each step of the process, answered all our questions, and her patience was more than we could’ve asked for. Her experience and knowledge in the field was evident in everything she knew about each area we looked in and all the recommendations she had.

They don’t make ‘em like this anymore! 5 star! Not only was Ann professional and knowledgeable, she was reliable, friendly and hardworking from start to finish. Sold our house in ONE day! Answered EVERY text message, email and phone call promptly and honestly. She consistently went above and beyond! I wouldn’t work with anyone else.
