Based in locations like Jasper, Talking Rock, and Fairmount, Stephanie specializes in single-family homes, bringing her local expertise and personalized service to each client.
A lifelong Georgia native, Stephanie brings a deep-rooted understanding of her community and a heartfelt commitment to helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. After graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1996, she married Irvin A Burdett, Jr., and together they co-founded Irvin Alexander Homes, a family owned home building business.
With over a decade of experience as a licensed Realtor®, Stephanie has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and personal care. Her leadership within the industry includes serving as President of the Pickens County Board of Realtors in both 2020 and 2022, and she currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee through 2026—demonstrating her ongoing commitment to ethical excellence in real estate.
She and her husband have raised two accomplished daughters: their eldest is pursuing her Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and their youngest, a 2024 graduate of the University of Georgia, is now an editorial assistant at Zando Publishing in New York City.
