When Tania first came by our home for a walk through to discuss proper staging. I noticed how very intently she studied how our home was laid out. She gave very detailed feedback of how we could declutter to make the home look more open. We followed most recommendations. She was not bothered that we did not follow all of her advice. She knew it was our home and treated us with respect. As we began to have showings for our home, she was always very careful keep our privacy and personal schedules in mind. When potential buyers gave feedback, Tania always provided that information to us straight, no fluff. This honesty allowed us to make decisions to make changes to our home which eventually resulted in an accepted offer. While we were trying to sell our home, my wife and I explained what we were looking for in a new home. In some ways our expectations were far apart. Tania handled that carefully, showing us homes that met one or both of our preferences and let us decide what we liked. She was never pushy. In the end, as my wife and I viewed more homes, our preferences came together. Tania listened to us carefully throughout our home search. She knew we had found the right home as soon as she walked in with my wife and I. She had listened very carefully. She "knew us" and what we wanted. Our transaction was a little complicated. The buyers of our home had a contingency to sell theirs. The home we placed an offer on also had a contingency. Any misstep and all contracts could have become null and void not to mention the possible loss of earnest money. Tania continued to review each contract to ensure all details in each contract were met. She caught a couple of items that would have been very difficult to recover from during closing such as agreed upon closing money missing from one of the closing statements. I strongly recommend Tania to family, friends, and anyone who wants an exceptional person representing them.
