Tania Tedesco

We had a wonderful experience working with Tania Tedesco, our listing agent to sell our rental property. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and we felt confident that our property was in good hands from listing to closing. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home. Thank you for making the process such a positive experience!

Tania is highly knowledgeable and was absolutely amazing to work with. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She made the whole process easy and seamless from start to finish. She was an absolute pleasure every step of the way. Her communication was impeccable. She was always available when in need and always quick to respond. She was on top of her game and did a fantastic job making sure nothing hindered or delayed the important dates for things to be completed.

Tania had our backs and paid attention to the details of finding a house and getting us through the closing. She worked with us to find a house that met our goals and kept within our budget. Also, quite willing to do the research needed to answer any of our questions.

Tania quickly gained our trust and respect as she helped us find and purchase our new lake house. She spent so much time and effort researching available homes, we were extremely confident we were making the right decision about each house we considered. Tania's expertise also helped guide us in making an appropriate offer, helping us select a mortgage broker and supporting us through the closing process. For her, it's not about just selling houses, it's about "helping us cross the finish line" in finding and getting the home we wanted. It was very clear she wanted the best for us and for all her clients. Anyone looking for a real estate agent who is extremely smart, ethical and committed to helping clients find and obtain their dream property should reach out to Tania Tedesco. She's remarkable.

When Tania first came by our home for a walk through to discuss proper staging. I noticed how very intently she studied how our home was laid out. She gave very detailed feedback of how we could declutter to make the home look more open. We followed most recommendations. She was not bothered that we did not follow all of her advice. She knew it was our home and treated us with respect. As we began to have showings for our home, she was always very careful keep our privacy and personal schedules in mind. When potential buyers gave feedback, Tania always provided that information to us straight, no fluff. This honesty allowed us to make decisions to make changes to our home which eventually resulted in an accepted offer. While we were trying to sell our home, my wife and I explained what we were looking for in a new home. In some ways our expectations were far apart. Tania handled that carefully, showing us homes that met one or both of our preferences and let us decide what we liked. She was never pushy. In the end, as my wife and I viewed more homes, our preferences came together. Tania listened to us carefully throughout our home search. She knew we had found the right home as soon as she walked in with my wife and I. She had listened very carefully. She "knew us" and what we wanted. Our transaction was a little complicated. The buyers of our home had a contingency to sell theirs. The home we placed an offer on also had a contingency. Any misstep and all contracts could have become null and void not to mention the possible loss of earnest money. Tania continued to review each contract to ensure all details in each contract were met. She caught a couple of items that would have been very difficult to recover from during closing such as agreed upon closing money missing from one of the closing statements. I strongly recommend Tania to family, friends, and anyone who wants an exceptional person representing them.

We are beyond grateful to have had the best realtor by our side throughout the process of selling our home. From start to finish, Tania Tedesco was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive! If you’re looking to buy or sell, we HIGHLY recommend Tania at Remax! You won’t find anyone more dedicated or skilled in this market. Thank you again, Tania — you made this journey feel easy. On to our next chapter.
