Daniel is a great realtor. I was searching for a home and it happened to be a little ways away from Orlando so he not only put me in touch with another great realtor but he also made sure throughout the ENTIRE searching and buying process I was 100% "A" ok and that the whole process went smoothly. He also put me in touch with a very good lender which treated me the same way Daniel did. He went beyond out of his way to help me knowing he wasn't going to be my specific realtor. The way I see it is, he is an extremely genuine person and I know if I know anyone in the Orlando area looking for a home with out a doubt he will be their best option. We were very impressed with Daniel. He help us find a new home looking in many different areas of Orlando. He was patient with us until we found the right house for us. During the negotiations he was very helpful. The seller, a commercial real estate agent, was trying to sell it herself and he was able to guide her through the differences in selling a residence vs. a business. He took a lot of the stress out of the home buying process and was on the phone helping us the entire time. I will definitely be recommending Daniel to my friends.
