This team of realtors are the best! They made promises to market my property everywhere possible, hold an Open House immediately, connect with existing buyers, and guide me each step of the way until my property is sold. They kept every promise. I’m proud to say they were my realtors. I would recommend them to anyone who wants true professional representation. They also have wonderful connections in the community in case painting or other projects are needed in your property. They know how to deal with HOA’s and transferring Solar ownership to the new owners!!! Call them if you want your property sold fast - in this challenging market, after I changed my realtors to Sue and David!

I have always been very skeptic about Real Estate Agents, never really trusted them. When I thought about selling my home I called Judy because she was a neighbour. I was impressed immediately as she has a way of making you comfortable by being a truly genuine person. My house sale was a difficult one because I am Canadian and treated as a “Foreign Investor “ not a pleasant experience to say the least. Judith was a pleasure to work with. I could always get a hold of her when I had questions. I had a few things that needed fixed in my home.
