Sue was so great. She was very responsive... answering questions late at night (I'm a night shifter so that was SO helpful!), very quick to reply, and was great at just walking us through the process. She quickly picked up on what we were and were not looking for, and helped us avoid wasting our time on a couple of places that wouldn't work for us.
