My husband and I came into this process completely clueless and unsure of ourselves. Sue was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Sue was so great. She was very responsive... answering questions late at night (I'm a night shifter so that was SO helpful!), very quick to reply, and was great at just walking us through the process. She quickly picked up on what we were and were not looking for, and helped us avoid wasting our time on a couple of places that wouldn't work for us. The process was a little hectic, went faster than I thought it would, but Sue really helped us figure stuff out!
