Sue was so great. She was very responsive... answering questions late at night (I'm a night shifter so that was SO helpful!), very quick to reply, and was great at just walking us through the process. She quickly picked up on what we were and were not looking for, and helped us avoid wasting our time on a couple of places that wouldn't work for us. The process was a little hectic, went faster than I thought it would, but Sue really helped us figure stuff out!

Having been in our home for almost 30 years we had no experience selling a home. We chose Sue based upon a friends recommendation and we were not disappointed. With more than 18 years of experience she guided us step by step through the sometimes grueling process. If you are looking for a real estate agent you can stop looking now. Sue Garrick is the best. This is not an exaggeration. I have bought and sold several houses over the years and worked as a real estate agent in the 90s - and no real estate agent I worked with or knew worked as hard, and was as knowledgeable, competent, professional, patient, calm - even when things were at their worst! - and did so much to get a house ready and sold as Sue! Our relative's house (we had to handle the sale for him) was in terrible shape. We had to replace the electrical panel, put in a new drainfield, repair plumbing, install water filtration, get the heating system working, repair the roof, clean out the massive amount of stuff that our relative (a hoarder) had accumulated - and more. We lived 75 miles from the house and were unable to handle many tasks - but whatever we couldn't handle Sue took care of. She recommended companies (she seemed to know everyone), got bids, went to the house while workers were there, monitored the various tasks that needed to be done to get the house ready to sell - and there were many, many tasks!!! - and made sure everything moved along. She was so unflappable! And so nice! She was reassuring and confident and incredibly good at her job - and it wasn't long before we knew we were in good hands. Without her, I'm not sure what we would have done. We were completely overwhelmed. We thought the house was in OK shape when we started but more and more terrible problems surfaced as we went along. Plus, it was full of stuff that had to be gone through piece by piece in case there were valuables mixed in. We had our own problems to deal with too (hip replacement surgery). Sue saved us. She is the only reason the house was finally sold. And - in the middle of it all she experienced her own very serious problems - but she kept going. We were so incredibly fortunate and lucky to find her! Highest possible praise, admiration and gratitude for Sue Garrick!!!
