Lauren was a God send for My Family and I. Our transition was possible because of her time and efforts. When we first meet her through our agent referral in NC she immediately took a genuine interest. She referred us to furnished finders, where we Identified a great property. With us being in NC Lauren drove over an hour to the property and did a video call with us. After arriving we were able to meet her which was a pleasure. Lauren educated us on the area and helped us find the house we had been dreaming of. She pointed us to many resources that helped us achieve purchasing our home. I was fortunate enough to have Lauren Deem represent me when selling my home. From the very first meeting I knew that she was a motivated hard working realtor. She was always on time, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Whenever any issues came out, she jumped in and took care of them quickly. I purchased my first home in 1997. Then again in 2002, 2005 and then in 2012. The agents I encountered were all subpar, doing as little as possible in my opinion. So my expectations were low. Lauren Deem was a breath of fresh air. Energetic, smart, friendly and she was able to guide me though the selling process of my home and get it sold in 18 days! Communication is so important when selling your home. Lauren always responded quickly to my texts, phone calls and emails. Every step of the way she explained things to me to ensure I knew what to expect. If you are fortunate enough to have Lauren Deem represent you in your home buying/home selling, you will also come away with a great experience like the one I had. She's the hardest working Realtor in central Florida!
