Melissa’s knowledge of the Clermont area and all its neighborhoods was outstanding. When we first started working with her we were not even sure we were interested in buying. Missy made the process easy from the start. She handled everything associated with the sale, including lining up both cleaners and someone to remove some larger items that I didn't want to keep. Her communication throughout the process was always prompt and professional. We received 9 offers in just 3 days on the market and ending up selling at a higher number than I expected (and higher than the top ReMax estimated range). Missy did a great job handling the multiple offers and made it an easy process for me. She stayed in touch throughout the closing process and made sure everything went smoothly. Our agent Maria Molina Was excellent very friendly caring and professional. She gave us step by step of the process. She became like family. She is awonderful person in general as an excellent real estate agent. There were no surprises and she explained everything. She said if we had any questions or clarification to just give her a call or send a text. Marking the house was also great photographer was friendly knowledgeable and personable.
