Then again in 2002, 2005 and then in 2012. The agents I encountered were all subpar, doing as little as possible in my opinion. So my expectations were low. Lauren Deem was a breath of fresh air. Energetic, smart, friendly and she was able to guide me though the selling process of my home and get it sold in 18 days! Communication is so important when selling your home. Lauren always responded quickly to my texts, phone calls and emails. Every step of the way she explained things to me to ensure I knew what to expect.
