Selling my previous home with the help of Kaitlyn was a good decision on my part. Kaitlyn is extremely knowledgeable about buying and selling houses. She first reviewed the home and gave me her honest opinion and strategy about selling the home. Kaitlyn described the pros and cons of upgrading your home to sell to potential buyers. She conducted open houses for potential buyers to gauge their needs and wants for purchasing a new home. My previous house was sold without it being placed on the market.
