I am a remoter buyer, I bought this beautiful two-story house in Orlando for future retirement. I fell in love with this house at the first sight among all the listings Victor-Re/Max sent to me. I told him I really wanted this brown glazed roofing house, we must get it. During the whole bidding process, Victor kept very active communication with the seller agent and understood the most important points the seller cared about. Before the offer, Victor verbally introduced my whole family information and my retirement plan, so the seller had a better impression of me. In the middle of the bidding, Victor managed to modify my offer several times and eventually won the bid! Since the seller will move out a little bit later than the closing, the closing team also made another agreement to have me and the seller signed in order to protect both parties, including asking the seller bought $300K insurance. I am very satisfied with the whole experience with Victor Core, he is responsible, easy to communicate, knowledgeable, and a very experienced realtor. I highly recommend Victor Core from Re/Max as your buyer agent!

Mizz kept me updated during the entire sale and got back to me immediately when I had a question. He also contacted me in a timely manner when he needed information or a signature to keep the sales process moving. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had regarding the sale of my rental.
