We have looked for a house in Mount Dora for a year or two without luck. Victor is good at listening, he understood what we really wanted and what we were looking for. Keith helped me out of a bind with my house. I was in a situation of owing nearly as much as the house was worth at the time I was forced to put it on the market. Every other realtor we talked to said I would be taking a loss on this and there was no way to avoid it. Keith was the only realtor who said he was confident he could get it sold without the loss, and he absolutely delivered what he said he could. Instead of having to take a loss and owe money at the end of sale, I was able to walk away with a clean even break. He truly is a miracle worker. If I ever return to that area I will absolutely look him up again.

Melissa is FANTASTIC! We met Melissa at an open house and she was able to show us homes we were interested in right away. We told her our preferences and she found the perfect homes. The market is crazy right now and Melissa took the stress out of it. She found us homes immediately after they were listed and got us in. She gave us pros and cons to each home. As our preferences changed and evolved Melissa rolled with us. As a full time agent Melissa always answered our calls and followed up immediately. The home we purchased she sent to us less than an hour after it was listed. She scheduled an appointment that same morning. Melissa was able to help us put together an offer that beat out 8 other offers. She knew how to direct us on price, proposed closing date, inspection terms and we got the home of our dreams.
