In buying my new home, Melissa worked with my sister in Clermont , myself in Houston, and the local builder. Since I was buying from out-of-state, Melissa went above board in helping me with the builder, the local ordinances, and anything I needed to do to close on my house. She was professional, her follow up was impeccable, and she was always pleasant to work with. She provided advise many times on how to handle situations with my new house and the house I was selling in Texas. She went beyond the call of duty. Out of 5 stars, I would give her a 10. I learned so much and I had fun, too. Melisa made buying my new house effortless.
