2024 was a very stressful year anyway, and then we decided to sell our house. We were blessed to find Cyndi for our realtor. Her personality drew us to her, and then we benefited so much from her expertise. She communicated with us almost daily, explaining how all the various real estate procedures, rules and laws applied to us selling our home. She sold our house the day after our first open house for more than asking price. When that deal fell out of escrow due to the buyers inability to completely fund it, she sold our house again within the same week of our 2nd open house, again for more money than the previous offer. Throughout the entire time from listing to close of escrow, Cyndi was very confident and consistently assured us our house would sell. She also handled our purchase of our new home in the same competent manner. NIKKI KNOWS HER BUSINESS AND HOW TO GET IT OUT THERE. SHE KEPT US UP TODATE, AND WENT WAY BEYOND THE CALL BY PROVIDING BUYERS WITH FINANCIAL INSTITUTES. NIKKI ALSO KNEW THIS WOULD BE A DIFFICULT SALE AS IT WAS COUNTRY PROPERTY AND VERY OLD, BUT SHE FOUND THE PERFECT FAMILY TO TAKE OVER THIS PROPERTY WITH TWO HOMES AND 8 ACRES. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND NIKKI AS SHE IS A REAL GO GETTER, IN FACT I HAVE GIVEN NIKKI'S BUSINESS CARD TO A COUPLE OF OUR FRIENDS THAT ARE GETTING READY TO PUT THERE PROPERTY UP FOR SALE. Nikki was amazing from start to finish of our new house journey. I had begun searching for a home in Yuma and Redfin connected me to her. Within a few days I found one I loved but found out the owner had a previous offer fall through right before closing and they needed to close in 3 days. We decided to go for it, and Nikki was amazing every step of the way. Nikki said it was the fastest closing she’d ever done, and we were all under a lot of pressure. She was on top of all of the paperwork my mother and I needed to fill out, and communicated everything we needed. She’s gone by the home a few times to help me with some things, as I’m currently in another state still. She is the best of the best and we only have the very best to say about her!
