We've just had the pleasure of having Amy Lee add another notch on her belt with the sale of our Parker home. We knew right from the start she is a marketing professional. She brought in a stager to help "market" our home and then had her photographer take great pictures. On the first day of showing, we had constant traffic and 3 offers to consider after only 4 days. One of the big things we look for is timely and continuous communication; Amy Lee absolutely mastered that. Whether it was phone calls, emails or texts, Amy Lee kept us informed and responded promptly to our questions and concerns. She did an excellent job negotiating and working the deal behind the scenes. Amy Lee put together a great deal for us and the buyer - we could not have been happier. Amy is the BEST! She is not only personable and likable, but she is extremely professional and gets the job done! Her communication is excellent, whenever we wanted to see a property she would get us in immediately! When she saw new properties that would fit our profile, she emailed the information to us. She was persistent but not pushy. When we finally found a house, the deal was difficult and she was diligent until the deal was finished! If you want someone who listens to what you want then gets it for you, she is your realtor. My husband has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and he says that Amy is one of the most professional, reliable, and capable agents he’s ever worked with! We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and give her our highest recommendation. On a five star scale, she is ten stars!!

When I finally decided that it was time to sell my home, size down and purchase a smaller home I was excited to get the process started.    Amy Hoffman happened to be the Realtor that came to show me the first property I found an interest in.  I was immediately impressed with her friendly personality, her sincere interest in knowing what I was looking for and her knowledge of the market.  I never ended up purchasing that home but took with me her business card, I somehow knew that I would be calling her again someday…..she impressed me that much.   It was a year later when I called Amy to say that I was ready to start the process.  I was not prepared for how much things had changed since the last time I sold and bought a home.  The strategy, the preparation and the incredibly fast pace of the market was startling to me but Amy was ready for it.   Always in control and one step ahead of what would happen next, she led the way.   She knew exactly what to do and when.  My home sold in one weekend which was great news but now I needed to find a new place to live and I needed to do that quickly.  To say that caused me concern was an understatement!  At that point, I was pleased to find out that Amy has a special gift of knowing what you are looking for in a property and also has the insight to see the things in a property that you may not.  She found my perfect next home, sold my current home and made all of that happen in one weekend.  This scenario may not be typical but I can tell you that whether you are buying or selling, if you are lucky enough to have Amy in your corner you will not be disappointed and the experience will be something you will want to remember!

We were re-locating to Colorado from Minnesota, and we had precious little time to shop for houses. We gave Amy a list of our wants and needs and she was MORE than ready for my wife when she arrived in Denver. Like a hurricane, Amy whisked my wife from house to house, knowing right away if each house was worth a deeper dive. She found the PERFECT house on the first day, it was uncanny. Amy LISTENS to what YOU want... she doesn't try to push a house onto you, she works WITH you to find what you're looking for. I'd hire her again in a second, but we plan to stay here for a LONG time! :)

Amy Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an excellent advocate for us in our search for our new home. We are blessed to have found her. She drove far and wide over several weeks to meet with us for showings throughout the large area we were considering.
