Megan did an excellent job with the sale of our previous home and our new home. Our buyers were going with a VA loan, and that caused many issues and delays. She kept our buyers, and the seller of our new home "calm" and somehow managed to keep the deal together. She has a wealth of knowledge about the process, and local real estate market. Amy Lee Hoffmann is the consummate real estate professional, without a doubt! In the past few years, Amy Lee has sold 3 of my properties, all in a timely fashion despite less-than-ideal market conditions. Amy Lee is a good communicator, and was always available to me and my husband in all three transactions. Her real estate skills are exemplary, but her personal approach to sensitive situations is what impressed me most about her. The last sale that she was involved with occurred following the death of my husband in April of 2016. It was an extremely difficult time for me, and she handled the listing and sale in a very compassionate manner.
