Amy Lee was someone we knew to be familiar with the town were we had a home for 25 years. So she was the only realtor we contacted to help us sell in 2018 when we were ready to move. I had been in contact with a rather uppity agent before finding Amy Lee. Amy Lee was really down to earth and patient. It took us a few of moths to sell our old house. We were also rather picky about what we wanted in a house. Amy Lee worked hard helped us find a house that was perfect, and wasn't put of that we hadn't sold out previous house yet.

Megan is detail oriented, driven, and overall very professional and pleasant to work with. Not only does she do what you ask of her in a timely fashion, she does things that you would never think to do. She was able to list our current home as well as oversee and manage us purchasing a new home, with little to minimal stress on our end (because lets be honest, selling a home is a tad stressful). Megan is the first person to roll up her sleeves and really get down to work when it is needed; whether that be cleaning, rearranging furniture for photos, or giving great advice on how to stage a home. In 35 years of marriage, this is our 7th home purchase; we've worked with a number of agents; all nice people who were professional. That stated, Megan Kempf is, without question, the best agent we've worked with. She was extremely thoughtful in her questions during our initial discussion and then worked tirelessly to help us find the right house. We never felt rushed or pushed. Once we found the house, she was terrific in both her approach to the offer and negotiation with the seller. She did a good deal of homework to ensure that your offer was in line with comparable area homes and then did additional work to determine what repair/replacement costs might be; our offer process was quick and without drama. She stepped us through the loan process and kept us informed throughout the closing. She also followed up after we closed to check on us and our new home. Megan is a fabulous agent! We were relocated from out of state so we needed a local expert to help us find the perfect home. We were able to tour homes with Megan for a weekend and she learned what we were looking for. Then she went hunting on her own. We had already established such trust that when she found THE house we put in an offer without setting foot on the property. We couldn't be happier with the home and her support through the process. We plan to remodel the basement and Megan met with several designers and contractors so we could get the ball rolling before even unpacking.
