This is our "Us" home!

My fiancée and I decided to sell our two homes to find a neutral "us" home to start our new lives together. We decided to reach out to Chicky Johnson who had a strong reputation for knowing the local market and pulling real estate deals past the finish line. As our buying broker, she actively listened to what we both needed in our next home and helped us understand what our individual and joint "must haves" were. As our selling broker, she was amazing at staging each of our homes with both existing and purchased decor, represented our respective homes well on-line, and helped us navigate the shifts in a difficult market. Chicky also had a great network of partners to provide end-to-end support for all the things that went into our respective buying and selling transactions. Anyone can create a realtor MLS listing, but we feel that the added drive that Chicky exhibited was the key factor that got us into our right "us" home as we plan our new life together!

My family and I highly recommend Chicky Johnson as your realtor. She has decades of experience in the market and it shows--she is really amazing at her job! She has great connections in the area to help you through every step of selling your home. Even though all of us live out of state from the home we were selling, she was able to arrange a handyman for repairs that needed to be done, she has a great relationship with a local real estate attorney, and she had great recommendations for us when it came to pest control and the final home cleanout. She also made our fixer-upper look great in photos, which gathered a lot of interest from potential buyers. If you want to get your home sold, call Chicky!

You can't do better!
