Comes with highest recommendation. Working with him was a great experience when preparing my mother’s place for sale when she downsized. My wife and I are fairly experienced with buying/selling our own houses several times in the past, and my in-laws are retired real estate professionals out west. As a result, I think my expectations are both high and realistic. In the past, I’ve been able to avoid realtors who tried to give crazy pricing estimates, or who just ‘mail in’ the effort. Scott was great and not anything like those bad memories from the past. Scott was able to get involved early in the process, gave a lot of good advice and referrals to local services to deal with repairs etc. He helped out with troubleshooting several small issues, and understood - on some level - that it was going to take an extra week or two to sort through a years of accumulated stuff - a small amount of which had real $value just like the show ‘cash in the attic’, and other stuff that had lotsa sentimental value. Once that was done, he kept things on track and priced the unit at a good and fair price for the market - and we accepted and closed without problem - again with Scott able to help troubleshoot several potential roadblocks along the way. The whole experience with Scott went more smoothly than me, my wife, and my mom had any right to expect. I have real doubts that most other Realtors would have come close to helping us out so effectively.
