A great agent

Andrew was a perfect match for my wife and I to find a second home. He was chosen as an agent based on his overall approach and his willingness to listen to truly understand what we were looking for was highly desirable in the agent we were looking for. As he was also the selling agent for the property we ultimately ended up purchasing, we had no concerns that he would represent us as a buying agent to the best of his abilities based on our comfortability and trust we established with him. Excellent follow up and responsiveness along with great market insight

This is our second experience working with Andrew in a little over a year. Andrew assisted us with the purchase of our new beach home a year ago and recently helped us sell our former beach condo. Working with Andrew is easy. He has great insight and knowledge of the local real estate market. Most importantly to my wife and I, Andrew always answers the phone, responds promptly to questions, and checks in periodically with updates so we always have a sense of where things stand in the home buying or selling process. If you want a solid advocate for your buying / selling experience, we highly recommend Andrew as your agent of choice.

Andrew is the best!

My daughter and son in law went out looking for a house. My husband and I saw one on line and Andrew brought them to see it. I had never met Andrew before and we put an offer on the house without even seeing it in person. The sellers excepted the offer and 2 weeks later we went to see the house. Doing a long distance purchase with Andrew was the best experience ever. Still after we closed he is still in contact with us. He is absolutely amazing!
