He kept me informed at all times along the way with feedback and recommendations. He helped facilitate some necessary repairs with his recommendations of handymen and specialists. Andy was there to remediate any issues no matter the day or time. My house was on the market for less than 60 days before it went under contract and was eventually sold. Andy's negotiating skills are solid throughout the contract process and he won't allow you to get less than what he believes you deserve. I have a house that I am planning on selling in the next year, and will definitely hire him as my agent.

After doing some research on the Internet for a good, affordable retirement community in Arizona, I decided to go check out the area. Not knowing any real estate agents or anyone living there, I researched realtors with the best ratings. I was so fortunate to have found Andy Anderson! I want the best...and Andy exceeded my expectations of someone who cared about what I was looking for and gave me the pros and cons of homes I was interested in. I live out of state, so finding an agent was tricky as I didn't know where to begin. Andy and Michelle (RE/MAX team) came recommended to me by a locksmith whom I called out to change the locks on my mother's house once she had passed away. From the start he presented himself with the utmost professionalism, (they say we make our judgment on someone within the first few minutes of meeting them). Andy made a statement both outwardly with confidence, poise, and dressed to impress, as well as inward knowledge and mastery of the real estate business. You get the whole package with him! From the start, he gave excellent advice on how best to prep my mother's home and have it "sale ready". Andy was an excellent communicator throughout, and never missed an opportunity to keep me in the loop with feedback from other realtors and/or potential buyers as the house was being shown. He returned all of my calls and/or texts if I reached out, and has an enormous amount of patience with his clients. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful event, and Andy understands this.
