Phenomenal real estate experience
From the beginning Judy offered suggestions for improving the show-ability of my house. Thorough out the process Judy offered suggestions that turned out to be spot on. She guided me through every step, answered all of my questions timely and was emotionally supportive too. The house sold so quickly because of the suggestions Judy made and the effort she put towards communicating with the buyers’ agents. I am a very happy client.

Excellent, calm, and experienced.
Judy was very helpful in preparing the house for sale and staging the property. She made the process easy and provided more than was expected in helping find the right people to perform specific home maintenance jobs. When the negotiations became challenging, Judy facilitated a win win between parties and encouraged positive relations. We are friends with the person that bought our home to this day. We are grateful to have worked with Judy and highly recommend her as a real estate expert.

Always Looking Out For Our Best Interest!
We have owned 4 homes in our 32 years of marriage and Judy has played a major part in our buying and or selling of all 4 homes. Of course we have used Judy in our purchases as well. No matter if she is representing us as a buyer or seller she always has our best interest in mind. Sometimes buying and selling can be very emotional and Judy always brings us back to center.
