Good Staging Support
I never had to sell a rental property before, but the realtor's discretion to recommend vacating the renters, identify over 2 dozen easy fixes, and supply items of her own to efficiency refurnish and stage the house was timely and instrumental to secure an offer above expectations.

Judy is the best real estate agent, she has years of knowledge. She keeps you informed and also can get great financing. We bought a house from her in 2006 and she sold my house in 4 days this year. She is the first person I call to buy or sell my houses.

During our most recent move—easily the most complicated—she coached us through a number of confusing issues. Judy is an excellent advocate and her negotiating advice was invaluable.
