If there’s someone who knows the market and how to market your house for the most profit, that’s Judy. We had a very tight timeframe since I was moving out of state unexpectedly, but Judy made sure I got the most for my house and did an excellent job coaching me for staging and showing, and made sure I had all the information I needed about the process ahead of time. The house sold in 3 days and for much higher than asking price. She also made sure to present all offers and talk about the pros and cons of each one. Overall the process was fast and I’m extremely satisfied with the end result.
