Avner went beyond what any broker would do. His listed the unit as soon as we signed the listing and within hours he was setting up appointments for showing. He had multiple offers on the House within days of listing. This was a very difficult house to sell due to its condition. Not only did he guide me through the whole sale process he followed up that all repairs were being done quickly and properly and he arranged for me to meet the proper contractors and attorneys. He did negotiate the top price for the house. I would use him again and recommend him to all.

Avi first contacted me shortly after my brother, the home owner, passed away. We told him we were no where near ready to sell. We asked that he contact us again in about 6 months, which he did. We still needed more time, and Avi was very patient and understanding of our wishes. When we finally listed the house the end of September, Avi said it would sell in 3 or 4 weeks, and it did.
