Positive experience with Avi

Overall Top Shelf Agent - Best of The Best
I’ve worked with a lot of agents over the years, and I can confidently say this was one of the smoothest transactions I’ve had. This is actually not the first property I’ve purchased with him, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. He understands the market, moves quickly, and knows how to get deals done without wasting time. Very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful agent.
I was looking for an agent to help me sell my uncle's home as part of an estate. I lived two+ hours away so needed a responsive agent who was willing to assist me with finding local service providers to deal with any issues at the home while we worked towards sale. Avi was extremely quick to respond to any of my inquiries and very helpful finding me local providers as needed. The house sold quickly and it was a great experience working with Avi. I highly recommend him.

Five Stars Isn’t Enough for Avner
I’ve known Avner for over 6 years, and in that time, he has helped us purchase three homes and sell two and each experience has been nothing short of amazing. My husband has actually known him for over 20 years, and Avner has helped him with other purchases even before we met. To say he is extremely qualified is an understatement. Avner is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, but he also has the patience of an angel. I honestly can’t count how many houses he has shown us over the years because we’ve seen a lot! But not once did he rush us or pressure us. Instead, he always stayed calm, kind, professional, and focused on what we wanted. What truly sets Avner apart is his honesty and genuine commitment to finding the perfect home, not just any home. He’s not in this business for the financial aspect alone; he truly cares about his clients and wants them to be happy and confident in their purchase. We interviewed several agents when we decided to list our home for sale and as soon as we met with Avi we knew he was the agent for us. He was very down to earth and made this whole process of selling our home so stress free. He was right on top of things from the moment we met with him, answered any of our questions or concerns within minutes of us contacting him. He is truly a wonderful person not just a wonderful agent.
