In the process of selling my home with Barb, I also had her finding a house for me at the same time. And she had to do it, with closing, within 4 weeks. With all the duties she had of selling my home, she was not hesitant to find 1 for me at all. She asked me questions on what I would like out of this new house, my price range, location, amenities, ect. Once I found a house that I wanted, she was still right there to help me with everything to the end. I asked a lot of questions, and she helped me through them all. Even with all the inspections that I asked to be done to this new house, she was still on top of each and every one of them. There was not 1 moment during the whole process that I didn't appreciate everything she did. I honestly had no worries throughout the whole process. She did almost everything. From being at my house, the day after I 1st called her, to sitting with me during the closing. All the stuff in between those 4 weeks was 95% taken care off by her. The pictures, the listing, the showings, even the inspections.
