As a first time seller and senior citizen Alejandro was amazing. His explaination of the process, the ease of completing necessary paperwork, and working above and beyond to assure the sale would be completed. Alejandro was prompt on updates and changes through out the process. Any "bumps" along the way were handled without and worries for us. The level of integrity was the at the utmost level. I would recommend him without hesitation to not only family and friends, but to anyone who wants a worry and hassle free experience. He really works hard for the seller and I am sure he would do the same for a buyer as an agent.

Alejandro was very knowledgeable and very helpful in this whole process. We are glad we chose him. He made everything happen very smoothly. We do not live in the area. We sold the house for our mother, he did all the legwork for us as far as inspections and having some minor issues fixed. We highly recommend him and we would certainly use him again. We cannot express how much we appreciate all he did to get this done. We are 1000 miles away and was concerned about having to go back to deal with it, but he handled everything all the way through closing and we were able to sign everything online. I think the take away is that we should have had an agent that just represented us and given us better advice. The house was in far poorer shape than expected. Items were hidden from view. We paid way too much. We have had to put in a lot of money to make it liveable. Garbage was not removed from top of back hill that could not be seen. Cracked and worn floors covered by rugs and curtains actually stapled to the wall not to mention the filth that could not be seen. This house was for our mother who is very elderly. We would have hoped you would have better looked out for us especially since we had a previous business relationship.

Things came full circle when we decided to sell our home. Barb was our realtor who helped us tremendously when we purchased our home. 10 years later when we decided to relocate we went right to Barb to sell our home. She helped us get a great price as well as be realistic with what we could list it for as well as suggestions along the way to help the sale.
